Would you rather be behind the wheel on the open road instead of behind a desk? About the Programs Western Nebraska Community College's Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) programs will teach you the necessary skills and prepare you to pass a Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicle exam and receive a Class A or Class B Commercial Motor Vehicle License. WNCC's Class A and Class B training programs meet the FMCSA's Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirements. Obtaining a Class A or Class B CDL opens the door to many career opportunities. Each program requires a mix of classroom time and behind-the-wheel driving experience. These non-credit programs are available on our Scottsbluff Campus. Upon completion, WNCC will take you to the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles where you will take your driving skills exam administered by the DMV or a certified third-party tester of the DMV.
